A charming three bedrooms apartment with independent entrance, located in the historical centre and at walking distance from the sea of one of the most beautiful Apulian towns, Monopoli.
The apartment has a big dining room with kitchen and fireplace for BBQ, three bedrooms(one double and two twins) and two bathrooms. The house is furnished in every detail with culture, design and taste. Independent heating system. Shops and restaurants are also all available at walking distance.
The apartment is also close to the famous Cathedral of Monopoli and also to the fish market where our guests can buy daily fresh fish.

Excursions by bicycle or long walks in the most stylish Apulian part in between the trulli of Itrian Vallet and the Caves of Catellana Grotte. Golf Club at Masseria San Domenico in Savelletri /15 minutes driving), mini golf at Masseria Garrappa near Capitolo (15 minutes driving), horse riding in a nearby farmhouse at 5 minutes driving.
