This spacious gated property is split into 2 separate large fully equipped 4 bedroom villas. Making it ideal for 1 large group or for 2 families looking to holiday together but with their own private space. The entire property has been tastefully furnished with Spanish and Moorish influences throughout complete with modern bathrooms.
The property is accessed through the main gates and you are immediately welcomed by the large and impressive pool which is more than adequate for 16 guests.
The pool sits in the middle of a large courtyard which is formed by the 2 villas.
Both villas are accessed via the courtyard with villa 1 directly in front of you and villa 2 is to the left.
Both villas have their own fully fitted kitchens, lounge / dining areas, bathrooms and entrances. Each lounge is equipped with their own independent English TV’s, DVD players and music systems. Each room has a ceiling fan and additional fans can be supplied on request.
Villa 1 has 2 en suite twin rooms upstairs each with their own double door balcony overlooking the pool and views across the valley. The downstairs bedrooms consist of 1 twin and 1 double with views to the pool.
Also downstairs there is a bathroom complete with full bath and separate shower cubicle.
Villa 2 has 2 twin rooms downstairs each with their own en suite shower rooms. The third bedroom downstairs is a large double room which also has a single bed and also has its own en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower. This room along with the next door twin room have double doors that lead out on to a spacious lower terrace with views across the valley.
A beautiful iron staircase leads you upstairs to the lounge / dining and kitchen area again with double doors leading out on to a huge upper terrace perfect for the whole party to eat and relax. The fourth bedroom upstairs is a twin again en suite.
Throughout the property there are numerous table and chairs for eating and relaxing outside and enough sun loungers to cater for everyone. There is also access to a couple of gas BBQ's.
For those wanting to really relax this property has an onsite caretaker who, by arrangement, will be happy to cater for that special party.

Local activities in and around Mojacar, Almeria
There is a water park 15 minutes drive away. A choice of 5 golf courses within 25 minutes drive. There is a zoo 25 minutes away. Also there a 2 western cowboys sets from the spaghetti westerns to visit.
The region of Almeria is one of the most charming and unspoilt areas in south-eastern Spain. Enjoying the sunniest and warmest climate in the whole of Europe, it is known as ‘El Rincon del Embrujo’ or ‘the corner of enchantment’. This is the real Spain!
Mojacar village is an idyllic mix of sugar-cubed whitewashed buildings, cobbled winding streets and beautiful Moorish architecture. The main square looks across to the snow-capped peaks of the Sierra Nevada mountains and is filled with street cafes, bars, boutiques and shops. Take a stroll through the maze of cobbled streets hidden behind the main square and you will find some wonderful restaurants and bars.
The area has many archaeological sites revealing Phoenician, Roman and Carthaginian histories. Visits to the local markets are very popular: Mojacar on Wednesdays, Garrucha on Fridays and Vera on Saturdays.
Garrucha is the nearest town, about three miles away. It is a little fishing port with interesting fish and street markets.
Granada is one of Spain’s most interesting and beautiful ancient cities. After a pleasant drive through the mountains, visit - on foot - the 14C Alhambra, the citadel of the Caliphs of Granada, perched on a hill overlooking the city, and the nearby Generalife gardens. Then on to the cathedral where, in the Capilla Real (royal chapel), the Catholic monarchs Ferdinand II of Aragon and Isabella of Castille are buried, and the Silk Bazaar.
