Las Piedras is an enormous 3 bedroom detached villa, which is set in beautiful grounds with a large private pool. This is an exceptional villa with sea views and is within an easy walk to the sandy beaches of Mojacar, restaurants and bars.
This villa is extremely spacious and has been beautifully designed and furnished. A large and attractive hallway leads you into the property and a wooden staircase takes you upstairs to the huge lounge. The lounge is very bright and airy with galleried landings above and it has access out to the gardens and pool area.
The lounge is equipped with English TV, a DVD player and a stereo. Leading off from the lounge is a separate bar area complete with bar stools – the perfect place to mix a jug of sangria! – and double doors lead out from the bar onto a rear terrace.
Leading off from the lounge is a separate dining area with patio doors out onto a large terrace with sea views. The kitchen is very large with beautiful views across the sea. It is fully equipped including fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven and hob etc. There is also a huge utility room behind the kitchen.
Also on this floor is a spacious twin bedroom with a ceiling fan and an en suite shower room.
Stairs from the lounge take you up to the galleried landing with access to the master suite. The large master bedroom has air conditioning, a spacious dressing area and an en suite shower room. It also has doors leading out to a large terrace with sea views. The third bedroom is also a double with ceiling fans and an en suite shower room.
The villa also has a separate WC on each floor. It also has central heating throughout, making it ideal for winter holidays.
The lounge leads out onto tropical gardens that surround the large and beautifully designed swimming pool. There is a spacious covered outside eating area, which is the perfect spot for enjoying meals al fresco. Next to the pool is a covered area with sun loungers and a hammock – an ideal area for relaxing and enjoying the views across the pool. There is also a Gas BBQ
There is a large private gated driveway in front of the villa with space for several cars. It also gives access to the gardens and pool area.

Local activities in and around Mojacar, Almeria
There is a water park 15 minutes drive away. A choice of 5 golf courses within 25 minutes drive. There is a zoo 25 minutes away. Also there a 2 western cowboys sets from the spaghetti westerns to visit.
The region of Almeria is one of the most charming and unspoilt areas in south-eastern Spain. Enjoying the sunniest and warmest climate in the whole of Europe, it is known as ‘El Rincon del Embrujo’ or ‘the corner of enchantment’. This is the real Spain!
Mojacar village is an idyllic mix of sugar-cubed whitewashed buildings, cobbled winding streets and beautiful Moorish architecture. The main square looks across to the snow-capped peaks of the Sierra Nevada mountains and is filled with street cafes, bars, boutiques and shops. Take a stroll through the maze of cobbled streets hidden behind the main square and you will find some wonderful restaurants and bars.
The area has many archaeological sites revealing Phoenician, Roman and Carthaginian histories. Visits to the local markets are very popular: Mojacar on Wednesdays, Garrucha on Fridays and Vera on Saturdays.
Garrucha is the nearest town, about three miles away. It is a little fishing port with interesting fish and street markets.
Granada is one of Spain’s most interesting and beautiful ancient cities. After a pleasant drive through the mountains, visit - on foot - the 14C Alhambra, the citadel of the Caliphs of Granada, perched on a hill overlooking the city, and the nearby Generalife gardens. Then on to the cathedral where, in the Capilla Real (royal chapel), the Catholic monarchs Ferdinand II of Aragon and Isabella of Castille are buried, and the Silk Bazaar
