Located in a Prime Location of the beach area of St Cyprien the Villa is not far from the beach and is only just a short walk to the nearest shops. There is an abundance of good quality restaurants nearby and the Villa is only a ten minute stroll to the beaches and a fifteen minute walk to the large Marina of St Cyprien.
The Villa can accommodate 6 guests with an option of a bunk bed to accommodate another two guest on request. Property accommodates 6/8 guests.
St Cyprien is a very large Town indeed and the property is situated near the beach and the International Golf Course of St Cyprien.
The Marina of St Cyprien nestles on the Mediterranean Sea surrounded by miles of long Sandy beaches. The Marina has 30 restaurants as well as bars, night clubs and a casino.
There are also many beach bar/restaurants that are close by where you will have the most spectacular views of the mountains, sea and sunsets. The property is only a 25 minute drive from Perpignan Airport or 1 hour from Girona Airport.

St Cyprien has an International Golf Course, Horse-riding, Fishing, Water sports of every description, Diving, Boat trips, Boat hire Charter, Bird watching on the Canet lagoon colonised by pink flamingos, Wine-tasting at the nearby Chateau’s, Sigean African Wildlife reserve on 645 acres, or why not take the yellow train from Villefranche-de-conflent to 5,000ft above sea level for some of the most spectacular views in Europe.
Mountain Walking, Water-rafting, Hang gliding, or take in the spas of Amelie-les-bains, visit the wonderful resort of Collioure where many artists have been inspired by the picturesque landscape such as Matisse and Derain. Try all the wonderful restaurants and bars that St Cyprian Marina has to offer – or in season why not go to the beautiful beach bar restaurants and watch the sunset – let the children play in the sand after dinner while you relax with a glass of wine.
For shopping St Cyprien market is held on Tuesdays and Fridays or why not go into Perpignan for the day and enjoy the wide range of shops and restaurants that are available in this exciting City. You could also take the opportunity to visit the Palace of the Kings of Majorca.
From the Villa you would be only an hour and a half away from Barcelona and Andorra so why not pay a visit to Spain and take advantage of the tax free shopping that parts of Spain can offer! Or if all this is just all too much just relax by the pool or on the miles of Sandy beaches.
For the young ones there is Aqua land or Argeles Adventure Park and on St Cyprien port in the summer there is a fair! There are also children’s rides available near some of the restaurants and don’t forget the miles of sandy beaches and the beautiful blue Mediterranean Sea there is to play in !! Depending on the time of year and on which weeks you are here there are also many firework displays and fetes!
By air to Perpignan airport and then best is to hire a car and the villa is about 30-40 minutes away depending on traffic and time of day.
