This stunning villa is set within the luxurious 5* La Torre Golf Resort, Murcia Spain. Resort has a perimeter wall with 24 hour security/CCTV. You will also be able to access the internet from your own laptop subject to purchasing an internet card from 4 euros depending on amount of minutes you wish to purchase. La Torre is a luxury golf resort with an excellent 18 hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus, bars, restaurants, internet room, tennis courts, Club House, Pro Shop and superb practice facilities etc. La Torre Golf Resort is the perfect location for either a golf or family holiday. Chill out for a few hours around one of the many swimming pools and paddling pools, take a dip in a jacuzzi, play tennis, make use of the children’s playgrounds or take a pleasant stroll around the landscaped gardens. Local activities in and around La Torre Golf Resort, Costa Calida - Murcia
La Torre Golf Resort is conveniently situated between Murcia City and the ancient port of Cartagena. The sandy beaches of the Mar Menor, famous for its water sports are only a 20 minute drive away. The area is great for children and many of the beaches have been deservedly awarded the blue flag. Other local activities include horse riding, hiking, cycling along the 7 mile promenade, boat trips across the Mar Menor and excellent shopping facilities.
With miles of gorgeous beaches dotted with almond and palm trees, the Costa Calida is extremely popular for family holidays. With the numerous golf courses being constructed in the region, it is being hotly tipped as taking over from the Costa Del Sol as Europe’s leading golf area.
Encompassed in the Costa Calida are: The Mar Menor - Europe’s largest salt water lagoon. It is a shallow lagoon of 170 square km with warm waters and gentle winds and is famous for its healing powers particularly for arthritis and various skin conditions.
Nearby is Cabo de Palos, a charming seafront village with a unique 19th century lighthouse, excellent seafood restaurants and two delightful beaches.
Murcia - the region's capital city is a University town with numerous important and historical buildings to explore, including the beautiful Cathedral de Maria - built in the 18th century. There are also modern shopping centres and a new water/safari park which opened in 2007 and great for kids!
Puerto de Mazarrón is a seaside resort town and known as the 'Cornwall of Spain' with 35kms of unspoilt beaches, pretty coves and harbours and is a definite pull for sunseekers.
Winter skiing is available 2.5 hours away on the slopes of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Further north in the Costa Blanca and about a 1.5 hours drive, you will find one of Spains largest theme parks, Terra Mitica, providing fun for all the family. There is also the Aqualandia Waterpark and Mundomar exotic marine park.
The apartment is situated only 15 minutes drive from Murcia Airport. Our representative will meet you at the entrance to the resort or we can arrange for you to be picked up at a reasonable cost.

Rental Notes: Prices are per week and include cleaning, laundry and a welcome pack. Shorter lettings considered. Please contact for price. Your holiday property is secured with a £150 deposit, which will be used as a security bond and returned to you as soon as the property has been checked following your departure. The balance is due 8 weeks before your holiday commences.
Guests are met at the resort entrance and shown to the villa where an explanation of all the main facilities is given. Freshly laundered bed linen and towels are provided. The house is professionally cleaned immediately before you arrive ensuring you enjoy a pleasurable stay. For stays of two weeks or more we include a mid term linen change. Additional cleaning can be arranged locally.
A welcome pack including coffee, tea, milk, sugar, bread, butter, marmalade, orange juice and bottled water is waiting for you at the property, ensuring you have a comfortable start to your holiday no matter what time of day you arrive.
