Private two bedroom house close to the shops, restaurants and beach of Manta Rota. You have traditional restaurants but also there are bars for English breakfasts and sky sports TV should you need it. The resort is quiet and friendly.
This lovely property has a sunny rear patio with BBQ and seating for six people. The townhose can sleep up to six, there is a futon sofa bed and double bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the other.
There is a shower room downstairs and full bathroom upstairs. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen and space for dining for six people. Board games, terrestrial tv and books. But you won't be needing those in this sunny beach resort.

Manta Rota is an expanding beach resort which is a good area for investment, rental houses and apartments do well here, it is much more designed to be houses and less apartments not high rise at all. It has a village feel there are good restaurants and many cafes. Even in the height of the Summer you have so much beach it doesn’t get too crowded. There are good supermarkets also a small selection of shops.
In the Winter months it is a haven of peace and is a great place to relax, you can take bike rides to Cacela Velha, and see the gorgeous views, the traditional church and fortress, the beach is very long and wide, it stretches from Cacela Velha through to Vila Real the border town to Spain. You are approx 40 minutes drive to Faro Airport.
