Manta Rota is an expanding beach resort which is a good area for investment, rental houses and apartments do well here, it is much more designed to be houses and less apartments not high rise at all. It has a village feel there are good restaurants and many cafes.
A closed condominium two bedroom house close to the beach. This lovely townhouse has a sunny rear patio area with BBQ and seating for six people and is ideal for al fresco eating.
The property has tao couble bedrooms and is ideal for couples, small families and groups of friends. There are two bathrooms one downstairs and one upstairs. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with everything you need. The comfortable lounge has a fireplace and dining room for six people.

Even in the height of the Summer you have so much beach it doesn’t get too crowded. There are good supermarkets also a small selection of shops.
In the Winter months it is a haven of peace and is a great place to relax, you can take bike rides to Cacela Velha, and see the gorgeous views, the traditional church and fortress, the beach is very long and wide, it stretches from Cacela Velha through to Vila Real the border town to Spain. You are approx 40 minutes drive to Faro Airport.
