Vila Sobreira is quite lovely. Situated in a woodland area in Vale de Garrao / Corgo da Zorra area, just 2.5 kms from Quinta da Lago / Vale do Lobo. 5 kms from Almancil. Few mins drive from beautiful beach / restaurants / supermarkets / horse riding & at least 12 superb golf courses. Yet it provides peace and tranquility set amidst pine woodlands.
Uniquely designed, you will be thrilled and delighted with Vila Sobreira, with own tennis court, own pool, superb gardens and many other design features. It has a lovely mature garden with large BBQ area off the pool, other seating areas and plentiful parking.
The villa comfortably accomms 8 people/9 using child cot. It has 2 bedrooms + 2 bath/shower rooms on the ground floor. There is a further bedroom on the first floor with own terrace and ensuite bathroom. The second lounge on the first floor easily converts to a fourth bedroom using large high quality sofa bed. Book any 2009 date before 31 Jan 2009 and recieve free aircon.
The second lounge if not required as a 4th double bedroom, is exceptionally large with several sofas, small dining area, music etc. The whole first floor area is accessed via an ornate spiral staircase.
The villa has aircon to two bedrooms, totally unnecessary in other rooms as traditionally built, thick walls and cool in summer months. Electric fans supplied but we doubt you will need them. There is a small weekly charge of £45 for aircon/wk. High chair and child cot available on request at no extra cost.
A very large well furnished lounge, comfortably seats 8+, in tasteful tones of white and yellow with various seating areas. Around the open fireplace there are sofas, with further seating in other areas. There is satellite TV, DVD and music.
Off the lounge area there is a separate bright and airy dining area which comfortably seats 8 with windows overlooking the pool, terrace and superb gardens. Fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar and seating. Includes washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, electrical appliances, microwave etc.
The terrace around the pool is fully equipped with tables, chairs, loungers. Off to the side is BBQ area for alfresco dining. Piped music available from variety of uniquely designed outlets!! Wonderful outbuildings, just off the pool, offer a unique way of showering (!!) and a superb hammock. You will fight over this!!
To the rear of the property is a superb tennis court, with seating inside for guests to view. Wonderful swimming pool with external shower room and toilet off to side. Special lighting for evening use, with piped music - you will feel spoilt!! All you need to bring our your tennis rackets and balls. Everything else supplied including all linen/towels, villa cleaning. linen change, services of local English speaking manager. We even supply beach/pool towels so no need to bring your own. A truly superb villa, in an ideal setting. You will not be disappointed.

Only 3-4 minutes drive to superb beach, with bar and watersports. Sandy beach, crystal clear water. Horse riding centre only 1 minute drive from villa.
An ideal location for golf .. nearest golf courses are Ocean Golf Course/Royal Golf Course just 1-2 mins drive away. Within 5 mins drive are many Quinta do Lago courses - Pinheiros Altos, Quinta do Lago North (Ria Formosa) and San Lorenzo. Villamoura courses are only 10 mins drive away: Laguna, Millennium, The Old Course, Pinhal, Victoria and Vila Sol. Then you can return to the peace and tranquility of the villa.
Within 10-20 mins drive you can access go karting, zoo, waterparks, swim with dolphins and many other lovely beaches/attractions.
Plenty of international restaurants close by, 2 supermarkets within 1 km. Car hire essential to fully enjoy the area. Or you can just relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings!!
