Rock Houses are two new stone built luxury villas. (build in 2008), Villa Melody and Villa Rhapsody. Each villa can accommodate 2-4 persons. They are in the cosmopolitan coastal village of Platanias, in a discreet peacful garden surrounded by trees.
Each villa has a private swimming pool and barbeque next to the idyllic veranda with its dining table and comfortable bamboo furniture for dellightul moments, where you can ejoy the view of the swimming pool, the garden and the hill of Platanias with the old village on top. The villas where stone and wood dominate, are designed and constructed by the owners' personal taste, to satisfy the guests by providing luxurious relaxation combined with one's personal needs.
On the ground floor of each villa you will have a fully equipped luxury kitchen with refrigirator, electric oven and ceramic plateau, microwave onen, espresso and filter coffee maker, toaster, juicer, dishwasher, air condition and independent heating system for the winter. In the living room you can enjoy watching the satellite LCD TV, DVD, audio stereo system, as well the fire place during the cold winter days. You will have special relaxation moments in the bedroom with its king size bed, the romantic bed cloths & the sensual candle lighting reflecting on the stone walls.
Also in the bedroom there is a TV. In the sun bright bathroom you can relax in the hydromassage bathtub and considering your needs we have at your disposal hair dryer, a personal treatment kit, towels bathrobes and slippers. Upstairs from the living room is the attic of the house with its bedroom, chich can be transformed from a king size bed into two single beds according to your needs and always having as a result your comfort. From this cozy beautiful room of the villa you can go to its big balcony and relax by enjoying the view from above and even sunbathing. From the living room walking down the stairs you go to the basement of the villa, where you can use the washing machine, the drier, the iron and ironing board whenever needed in a little room especially formed.
There is also a luxurious W.C with hydromassage shower, hair drier and towels. You may also use the basement as a playground for children.

Rental Notes: Terms and Conditions: 1st: In order to confirm your booking you will have to send to our bank account a deposit of 25% of the total amount of your stay. plus 300euros a a breakage deposit which will be returned to you if no damage has occurred, on your departure date. The balanced amount will have to be paid by you 20 days prior your arrival.
2nd: After your arrival and in case you do not stay all the days you have booked the villa for, there will be no refund of your money.
3rd: In case you cancel your booking after our confirmation invoice has been issued: 2 weeks before arrival the amount charged will be 100% of the total amount of your stay. 4 weeks before arrival the amount charged will be 100% of your booking deposit 6 weeks before arrival the amount charged will be 50% of your booking deposit.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED inside the villa. Rule breakers are subject to losing their damage deposit. Smoking is not permitted in the house, only on verand and garden area.
