Three bedrooms one double bed and two twin beds. The house is equipped with air conditioning and english chennels, fully equipped kitchen breakfast room. Three bathrooms one downstairs and two upstairs (one en-suite) lounge has duel aspect windows leading to the pool and patio area, where you also find a sink and BBQ. Very close to the beach of Manta Rota.
Manta Rota is an expanding beach resort which is a good area for investment, rental houses and apartments do well here, it is much more designed to be houses and less apartments not high rise at all. It has a village feel there are good restaurants and many cafes. Even in the height of the Summer you have so much beach it doesn’t get too crowded. There are good supermarkets also a small selection of shops.
In the Winter months it is a haven of peace and is a great place to relax, you can take bike rides to Cacela Velha, and see the gorgeous views, the traditional church and fortress, the beach is very long and wide, it stretches from Cacela Velha through to Vila Real the border town to Spain. You are approx 40 minutes drive to Faro Airport.
