We love this place as it offers everything from a relaxing holiday to lots of places to visit.
4 large bedrooms, seperate lounge and kitchen area. large family bathroom with jacuzzi/shower, 2nd toilet and wash area. 4 large balconies to enjoy views of either the sea or mountains, the sea view is fantastic. TV/Satellite, fully furnished, all mod cons provided. You may not need 4 bedrooms, but think of the extra space!!

There are many local attractions such as the Apollon temple, turkish villages and markets to visit within walking distance.
For the kids, there is a great aqua park only 3 km away, there is a funfair near the main beach which is 10 min away. The beach is clean and safe for the whole family with loads of bars and restuarants nearby. For those who like a quite stroll along the beach, this is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment.
The apartment location was specially selected and will appeal to families with children as it is in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of nightlife when you want to relax & sleep!!, but ideally situated to enable you to enjoy a variety of entertainment to suit your needs.
There are 2 airports nearby, Izmir and Bodrum, if you wanted to drive from Izmir, it is a simple route (ie; driving from Birmingham to Manchester), but tranfers are cheap and eay to arrange

Rental Notes: To book our apartment,please send booking form with 30% deposit. A returnable deposit (for damage) of £150 is also required. The balance of the holiday cost shown on the confirmation/ invoice must be paid 6 weeks before departure or if the booking takes place less than 6 weeks before departure then the full amount is due immediately. If the balance is not paid 6 weeks prior to departure, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit. Your deposit (for damage) will be retuned after inspection - normally within 2 weeks after completion of holiday. High Season 1st April to 31st October Low Season 1st November to 31st March.
