Villa Summer is in situ on the prestige Polaris World El Valle Golf Resort. 20 minutes to the Mar Menor Beaches and 15 minutes from the Murcia Airport.
Restaurant, bars and supermarket, as well as stunning golf club house with spacious lounging area and terrace with superb views is all on site within walking distance.
The house sleeps up to 8 persons and features the following: Master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom containing a jacuzzi bath and double vanity unit. Second double bedroom with twin beds, Further twin bedroom with 2 single beds, Second bathroom, Lounge area with seating for 6 (including one double sofa bed), Dining with seating for 6, Flatscreen TV and DVD player, British satellite-TV, Open fireplace, Safety fence around the pool, Fully secure and enclosed garden.
The kitchen is fitted out with Microwave oven, oven, hob, American fridge-freezer (with water dispenser and icemaker), toaster, kettle and dishwasher
Full compliment dining sets, complete cooking utensils and pans/pots.
Baby high-chair and children’s dining set. Utility room includes washing machine, and iron with ironing board. High chair and travel cot.
Outside facilities: Private pool with outdoor shower and 4 sun loungers. Dining area with built-in BBQ. Seats 6. Sofa and coffee table. All linen and towels are provided (not beach or pool towels).
Polaris offers discounted golf for clients of this villa, and this includes other courses at Mar Menor and La Torre (and others being completed in the near future).
The villa comes fully equipped with full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer and central heating for the winter months.

The perfect location for the serious golf enthusiast with some of the best golf in Spain. With a choice of 4 Jack Nicklaus Golf courses all within easy reach with courtesy buses running between them and as a guest you will have access to them all. San Javier Airport is a 15 min drive. Alicante Airport is a 60 min drive. Murcia City is 15 min drive. Beautiful beaches of Mar Menor 20 mins drive.

El Valle is in a superb location, nestled at the foot of the Carrascoy mountains but only 10 kilometres from the city of Murcia but still only a 20 minute drive away from the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. With miles of sandy beaches the Mar Menor is an inland sea which means the water is always warmer, usually 5 degrees warmer than the Med, has no currents and no sharp drops making it perfect for children, plus there is so much of it, it is never packed. It is also very popular for its water sports, jet skis, waterskiing, diving etc.
20 minutes drive is the first aqua park in Murcia, Aqua Natura, which is part of the zoo Terra Natura and is now open. The "lazy river" where you can relax and let the water take you along. This area includes a solarium where you can rent sun beds, a swimming pool.

As a family of 5 adults and two children aged 2 and 3, Villa Summer was an ideal place to stay. The villa was well laid out and spacious enough for all of us. The attention to child safety with the fence around the pool was invaluable, as was the security throughout the villa. This allowed us to relax while the children played outside. "'Villa Summer has everything you need for the perfect holiday. The setting is fantastic and the sunsets over the golf course at night were stunning... The villa is beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped right down to the plastic plates, cups and cutlery which were perfect for our 5 year old son Aidan.
