Semi detached villa is < five minute drive from Denia and fifteen minutes from Javea and one hour drive from the airports of Alicante and Valencia. The villa is ideal for a family or a couple. Its living quarters are on one level and are within a complex of 6 villas, with a single entrance gate, which provides added security for children and there is a superb pool for all to use. This is ideal for children as you can relax knowing that they are safe and only several metres away.
The large pool is surrounded by grass and by well-manicured mature shrubs and palms. The villa comprises of two bedrooms one with a bunk bed and single bed the other with a double bed, both nicely decorated with ample storage space. It has 2 bathrooms; both with toilets, one with shower and the other with a bath and shower attachment. The living area is open plan and spacious.

The kitchen is fully fitted to a high standard and is complete with oven, hob, tall fridge freezer, washing machine and all the glassware and crockery you will need. There is a good-sized lounge/diner complete with an open fireplace. The lounge contains a TV connected to a SKY box, DVD & CD players and the dining area seats five people. There is a glass door from the kitchen, which opens on to a terraced area complete with table, chairs and BBQ, again with a view of the pool. From the living area there is access to a secondary patio again with a view of the pool, from which you can access the roof terrace.

"Just returned from Denia last evening after a wonderful 10 days. Your home out there is everything you could wish for and is in a lovely setting.
We have had a busy year this year so were looking forward to having a relaxing break and we certainly had.
