This lovely two bedroomed ground floor apartment, is in the old fishing village of Los Nietos close to the beach of the Mar Menor. The apartment has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom and a family bathroom. It has a lounge diner with a sofa bed, TV with satelite and an open plan fully fitted kitchen. The back door opens out to the pretty communal gardens and swimming pool and to the front of the property there is a private terrace.
Los nietos is a quiet spanish village, but has a number of bars and restaurants. The world famous La Manga club is only a few minutes away, as is the lively village of Los Belones, the harbour of Cabo de Palos and La Manga Strip
A lovely two bedroomed, ground floor apartment, only a few minutes walk from the village centre of Los Nietos and the long sandy beaches of the Mar Menor.

The living area is open plan and light and airy, the front door opens into the lounge diner, with two comfy sofas, one of which is a sofabed. There in a TV with satelite and DVD player and an airconditioning unit. The american kichen is fully fitted and clean and bright, with oven, hob, microwave, fridgefreezer and washing machine and a window over looking the communal swimming pool.
The private terrace to the front of the property is a great place to sit in the evenings and enjoy dinner alfresco or a nice glass of wine.
The back door opens to the large communal gardens and the swimming pool, which has a childrens pool at one end. There is always plenty of space around the pool and a choice of sunshine or shade.

Local activities in and around Mar De Cristal, Costa Calida - Murcia
Los Nietos is a lovely little Spanish fishing village with lots of little bars and restaurant and a Club Nautico. The village of Mar de Cristal is a short walk along the beach front and offers all types of watersports. The buzzing village of Los Belones os a few minutes drive away, as is the World famous La Manga Club with its four golf courses, tennis centre, football, five star hotel and spa and so much more.
There are beaches a plenty to choose from. Many of our clients prefer the white sandy beaches of the Mediterranean which stretch on for miles. These beaches have regular cafes and bars and the waters are a little cooler with just a few more waves. The waters on the Mar Menor are warm, safe and shallow and great fun for kids to play in.
Visit the nearby town of Cartagena for historic Spain. Cartagena is one of Europe´s deepest natural harbour and has a history which pre dates the Romans. Visit the Roman wall, take the Tour bus and find out more, or the Tourist boat will show you around the harbour. Cartagena is an excellent place to shop, there is a new shopping centre which has recently opened just outside the town.
Cabo de Palos has one of the largest markets every Sunday morning. As with all the local markets you can pick up a great bargain or two. Leather goods, handbags, sandles and belts are especially good for the quality and price. Cheap T shirts and copy designer wares, plus the freshest vegetables and fruits the region has to offer. Take the ferry across in the morning on a Wednesday to San Javier and enjoy the busy bustling market in this little town.

Smaller kids will have a fantastic day too as there are plenty of rides for the little ones that bigger people cant do.

Rental Notes: Change over days are entirely flexible. Take advantage of the cheaper mid week flights into Murica We try wherever we can to allow you to stay in the villa until you need to leave for the airport. However if this is not possible due to another arrival we respectfully request that you vacate before 11am. Taxi transfers can be arranged from the airport and at lower than local taxi rate.
Towels and linen are provided for the house but you do need to bring your own beach and pool towel. Change of linen and mid stay clean for bookings of over 10 days.
Welcome pack provided, included in the price. This can be upgraded to a full breakfast pack including sausage bacon and eggs.
Travel cot and high chair are available upon request.
