The two-bedroom Penthouse is located in the residential village of El Capistrano on the eastern side of Nerja. The double length sun terrace overlooks the swimming pool set in mature colourful gardens and offers a panoramic view of the sea. Within walking distance in the village there is a supermarket together with telephone kiosks, a cash point, a laundry, admin office and a second pool. It is 5 minutes drive both to the town centre and to Burriana beach with its bars and restaurants. The splendid Moorish city of Granada is just over one hour's drive away and the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada under two hours.
The Penthouse sleeps up to four people and has recently been completely renovated and refurnished. It is on the top floor of three levels and consists of 60m2 of indoor living space:
