Wood Cottage is a grade 2 listed building built around the 1850's and is situated in one of the most historic areas of penzance. The harbour is only a few minutes walk and the towns amenities of shops, bus and rail stations, libraries and parks are also within easy reach on foot. Also within two minutes walk is the new conversion of a telephone exchange building to an exiting award nominated art gallery.

Seating for 4. The dining area adequately seats four to six people There is also a high chair if required.

Terrestrial TV, DVD, Radio, CD System. Because the cottage is so centrally situated there are plenty of restaraunts, galleries, pubs and shops within an easy walking distance Buses and rail links are also within walking distance.
Outside:
Parking. The house is next to the famous Abbey restaraunt with the harbour basin one min away Views over the bay towards Marazion and St Michaels Mount. The street is quiet mainly used by pedestrians

Local activities in and around Penzance, South West
Penzance is centrally based for exploration of west cornwalls town's and beaches. All of the beaches are within 20 to 30 minutes drive whilst in penzance itself, within easy walking distance of the cottage is the famous art deco out door bathing pool.
A level walk along the promenade takes you to the fishing village of Newlyn and in the other direction a cycle path runs alongside the shore to the ancient town of Marion and St. Michaels Mount.
