The apartment has a spacious terrace with lovely views of the pool and complex which lead into a light and airey living area with a three seater sofa which converts into a comfortable double bed. There is also a flat screen TV, DVD, dining table and 4 chairs.

Mareverde is themed on 2 storey Andalucian style white washed buildings which are arranged around 5 inter-connected pools which run down the middle of the complex. There are also a further 2 stand alone pools as well as a kiddies swimming pool.
There are 2 pool bars where snacks can be obtained and one of which supplies evening meals and a take away service. The apartment is situated within phase 1 of the complex and is on the ground floor with a pool view.

Local activities in and around Torviscas, Tenerife
In addition to the beaches at Playa da Fanabe and Puerto Colon, Del Duque beach is a further 5 minute walk to the right of Fanabe beach along the promenade. There are quaint beachside cafes and shops plus the lovely sandy beach.
There are hundreds of shops in and around Playa Da Las Americas. Watersports are aplenty on Fanabe beach and the aqua park and the new Siam Kingdom Park is only minutes from the apartment. If you are feeling adventurous there are boat trips from Puerto Colon Marina or Los Christianos or perhaps you fancy a trip out to Mount Teide or Loro Pargue at Puerto Da La Cruz.
