A beautiful marble black and white large shower room with plenty storage cupboards, new white suite, and hairdryer.
The ground floor comprises a second bathroom in blue and white marble with cupboard space, white suite and large shower. Lobby area holds the washing machine, iron/board, swim rings etc. The large lounge has an American style kitchen with quality built German units with plenty of cupboard space, fully equipped for the self caterer. Integrated appliances New Cooker with ceramic top, fan oven, fridge-freezer microwave,toaster, juicer, food processor, coffee maker.
The Dining area is in Spanish style with a large round table with seating for 6 chairs. A wooden glass cabinet. A large comfortable lounge suite that comprises two armchairs and sofa bed. Local activities in and around Torrevieja, Costa Blanca - Alicante
There are six golf courses within easy reach and only a 10 mins. drive. Bookings for these can be arranged through our Agent. A 5 mins. drive along the coast will take you to the town of Torrevieja, once a fishing village is now a thriving seaside town with the best Yacht Marina in the Costa Blanca, the harbour also houses an ex-Spanish submarine for tourists.
A good bus service is nearby - only 50p to Torrevieja.
A craft market is open every day from 10 am - 10 pm along the promenade, next to that is a funfair. Torrevieja hosts one of the largest markets in Europe every Friday. Also along the promenade there are a wide variety of restraunts where you can dine al- fresco and cool off with a drink. Shops and bars are nearby as are the friendly Tapas bars where you can meet the locals and feel part of the Spanish community.
An abundence of Night Clubs are there should you wish to venture out late. A water Park is a 5 min. drive from the house and nearby is a commercial centre with bars, restaurants, go karts, 10 pin bowling alley, crazy golf, English Cinema, the new Shopping centre Habeneras with shops such as Zara, H&M, Mango and C&A. A Sports complex La Hoya is in that vicinity which comprises, tennis, an Olympic size swimming pool where some of the Olympic teams train.
La Mata/Torrevieja boasts 360 days of sunshine a year, average temperature in the winter is 18c thus is a great place for a holiday any time of year. Torrevieja is popular for its colourful Fiestas throughout the year especially at Christmas and Easter. A Year-round holiday resort.

"Stayed here 2006/7, great location, few steps to the lovely pool where you can view out of every window (good for keeping an eye on the children) really peaceful area with restaurants/nightlife not far away.
House is really lovely with every comfort possible.
