This new, three bedroom spacious villa is situated in an area reknown for its sunny climate Just a 15 minute drive from the beautiful Coastal region of the Costa Calida and the Sierra Espuna Mountains, and a five minute walk from Sensol golf course. Flights from most main Airports (including Bristol airport for the Westcountry) to San Javier Airport, Murcia (closest airport to villa), Almeria and Alicante.
The villa (sleeps six), all have en-suite bathrooms. and has a fully equiped kitchen. Roof Solarium and garden furniture. Convieniently situated on an urbanisation that has close access to many facilities which includes shops, restaurants, bars and banks.
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen which includes a microwave oven, washing machine, toaster and Ironing facilities. There is a separate dining area that leads off from the kitchen.
The comfortable sitting room area has a radio/CD system and DVD player, this room then leads on to two of the downstairs bedrooms. The main double room has an en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower unit, bidet basin and toilet. The down stairs double room has access to its own shower and toilet facilities. The third twin room which encorporates a sun terrace, is acessed from outside the building via a staircase in typical spanish style, and has an en-suite bathroom with full facilities.
The entrance to the villa has a small established Spanish garden, leading onto a veranda where you can sit in shade of the sun. There is parking facilities for one car on the property.

To sample the Spanish culture visit Mazarron a typical Spanish town that boasts a small port where you can stroll and take in the scenic views of the Sierra Espuna mountains, whilst sampling a beverage at one of the many beach restuarants.
