Villa Casa Paraguas Algaba is a stunning Polaris World El Valle Resort 3 bedroom Frontline Golf Villa. A very bright and airy villa with private heated pool and views onto the fairway and mountains as a backdrop.
The house sleeps up to 6 persons and has 3 spacious bedrooms, with 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a jacuzzi ensuite as well as folding doors that open out onto the pool and terracing area, stunning high beamed ceilings just add to the luxury.
There is a lovely terrace area, and large private pool, ample garden furniture, as well as a spacious covered outside eating area.
The loving area, again with breathtaking high ceilings, and space that will create the wow factor as soon as you walk in.
Villa Pegasus Algaba is in situ on the prestige Polaris World El Valle Golf Resort, one of the finest in the area. The Mar Menor beaches as well as Murcia airport being just 20 minutes away.

Private pool with outdoor shower and 4 sun loungers. Dining area with built-in BBQ. Seats 6. All linen and towels are provided (not beach or pool towels). There is also a portable BBQ.
Internet access (lap top required).
Polaris offers discounted golf for clients of this villa, and this includes other courses at Mar Menor and La Torre (and others being completed in the near future).
The villa comes fully equipped with full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer and central heating for the winter months.
There are also 2 * foldaway beds suitable for children, that can be used instead of the sofabed.
The perfect location for the serious golf enthusiast with some of the best golf in Spain. With a choice of 4 Jack Nicklaus Golf courses all within easy reach with courtesy buses running between them and as a guest you will have access to them all. San Javier Airport is a 20 min drive. Alicante Airport is a 60 min drive. Murcia City is 15 min drive. Beautiful beaches of Mar Menor 20 mins drive.

Rental Notes: £150 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. A refundable £200 security deposit will also be required, along with the passport details of all persons travelling.

"Here is some feedback on Villa Pegasus Algaba
Villa was beautiful, just exactly as the photos ,very clean and spacious with everything in excellent order. Resort was well maintained, quiet and secluded, although a car is essential it is well situated for all areas Caratagena, beaches of Mar Menor Murcia is only 10 mins away with great shopping and terra aqua and natura for the kids. It is a nice option to get away from the crowds to come back to luxury and quiet.
