The house is located on a hill in a beautiful environment. Around the house is a large lawn, a spacious driveway with room for several cars, and there is still quite a piece of forest.
The villa has an authentic appearance. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with oven, microwave, washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. There is a TV with a satellite dish. In the dining room adjacent to the terrace with sliding doors, a large dining table where 10 persons can sit.
Outside is a beautiful terrace with a swimming pool, there is garden furniture and in the house itself is a covered terrace. You can sit in the sun, but also escape from the sun under the terrace or take a cooling dip in the pool.
The garden (1,2 ha) is a very pleasant place to look for shade, as it is pleasant in the shade at the round table. Also there is a pond with goldfish. Even in the winter months the weather can be good at this beautiful location where life is at a slower pace. There is a fireplace and central heating, so it will not be cold!

Local activities in and around Bouzic, Aquitaine/Dordogne
Walking: The hilly landscape lends itself to beautiful walks. Just for the environment and explore the real hikers, there are trails along the way. From one round to a long walk of a few hours.
Fishing: In the area, there are water cultivated fields where you can go fishing fee. These areas are equipped with the ability to eat and drink and toilets. Of course, the river Dordogne the real challenge for fishermen. You do need a fishing licence, which is available from a local post office.
Canoeing: Along the River Dordogne can be in several places to rent a canoe. You will then be notified of your choice at a certain point of the route off, and then move on to the agreed point momentum. These trips are easy to do, because you go with flow of the river. You will pass along arheologic beautiful buildings and enjoy the natural beauty of the river.
Biking / Cycling: You can bring bicycles, but in Gourdon is the ability to rent a bicycle. Throughout its beautiful surroundings routes to calm tours and for the adventurer, the down hilling is certainly a challenge.
The best way to travel to the villa is by car. Two other options are by train to Gourdon where you will have to rent a car or by plane to Toulouse or Bordeaux where you also will have to rent a car.
