The property is located within a 5 minute walk of the centre of the town of Conwy and also lies within 300m of the NE edge of snowdonia national park and right at the base of Conwy mountain, Mount Snowdon can be reached within a 30 minute drive.The town of Conwy has numerous attractions, eating and drinking establishments. There is a large supermarket within 2 miles of the property, with smaller convienience shops within walking distance.
The property is spread over 3 floors and sleeps 6 over 4 bedrooms, with the master bedroom having an en-suite bathroom with shower. There are 2 double rooms and 2 rooms with single beds. The main bedroom has a super-king size bed, There is a modern family size bathroom with bath and shower over bath.
There is a lounge with open fire, separate sitting room, large kitchen dining area, downstairs cloakroom.
To the basement there is a fully equiped gym and store room with ironing facilities and coat storage area.
The property has many original features including a real fire. The kitchen is fully equiped and has freestanding cooker with a gas hob and electric oven. There is a large family size fridge with freeze box with addittional fridge and freezer space in the basement for those staying a little longer.
To the rear of the property is an outside self contained room equiped with a sink and drying facilities.
The rear garden has a decked area for sitting out and a wood burning chimneya for extra heat on chilly nights,There is also a large George Foreman grilling machine available for those wishing to cook outside.

The property is located within the medieval town of Conwy where there is a pretty quayside and marina. The house is located at the foot of Conwy mountain and is within easy reach of Snowdonia national park. The nearest beach is within a 10 minute walk.
The property is located within a 10 minute drive of the victorian town of Llandudno which is regarded as the queen of welsh seaside resorts. LLandudno has a large promenade and pier and 2 fantasic beaches.
Also in Llandudno is the Great Orme where you can reach the summit by car, tram or cable car. Upon reaching the summit you can sample breathtaking views of the north wales coast and snowdonia national park. Located on LLandudno's North Shore is Venue Cymru the North Wales premier theatre.
There is an equestrian centre within 1 mile of the property and also four 18 hole golf courses, one in conwy, two in Llandudno and one in the village of Penmaenmawr.
