The apartment is situated in a quite peaceful area but has the advantage of being close to many ammeniates such as a Mercadona supermarket only 3 minutes walk away.Close to Villamartin,Compoamar and Las Ramblas Golf Courses the apartment is idealy situated for couples, families and golfers with the nearest beach 20 minutes walk away.
The nearest town is Torrevieja 10 minutes drive while the A7 motorway is only 5 minutes.The main beach area of La Zenia is 5-10 minutes drive.
Solarium overlooking pool/gardens
The apartment complex is enclosed by security gates. There is a large downstairs patio area by which you enter the apartment via the stairs leading to the verandah outside the front entrance. The lounge is very comfortable leading to the kitchen area and utility room. In the Utility area the rear doors lead to the upstairs solarium, which houses a large table and seating for six people. There are also sun loungers. The two bedrooms have single beds and one of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom. There is also an additional main bathroom. Both bathrooms have showers.
The living area has a sofa bed, DVD player and dining table.The kitchen has a fridge freezer with oven and hob.All utensils crockery,cutlery and glasses are provided.The utility room has a washing machine'and microwave There are also ironing facilities.
Shops,bars,resteraunts and banks are all within a 10 minute walk while the nearest beach is only a 20 minute walk away The main beach La Zenia is a 5- 10 minute drive away.La Zenia has shops,bars and restaurants.
Caba Roig offers more night time entertainment with a good mixture of livlier bars and restaurants, again a 10 minute drive away.

Local activities in and around Residencia Los Altos, Costa Blanca - Alicante
Water Parks: There are two water parks in the area.Torrevieja has its own the water park Aquopolies which is only 10 minutes away and there is also another in Quesada 20 miutes away.
Terra Mitica/Aqualandia -Benidorm: On the A7 Benidorm is only a 45 minute drive away and situated there are the Terra Mitica fun theme park and Aqualandia water park.Terra Mitica is considered one of the most beatiful theme parks in Spain with something for everyone:shows,thrill rides and rides for the smaller children.
Torrevieja and has a lovely sea front with shops, bars and resteraunts and a fun fare.
Golf Couses: There are three local courses Las Ramblas,Compoamar and Villamartin all within a 15 min drive.Las Ramblas is a stunning short course but most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines make this a memorable course. Compoamar is set around a 5 star hotel and is situated in two valleys with magnificent views and a beautiful clubhouse. Villamartin has lots of trees and bunkers making it a challenge for golfers of all abilities. La Finca is a further 10 mins away and is currently having a new clubhouse built for the Spanish open. For the more adventurous La Manga golf courses are only 30-40 mins away. All courses may ask for a handicap certificate and it is advisable to book tee times.
Alicante is only 30 mins away with its Marina, sea front cafes, castle and department stores. There is ample parking and well worth a visit.
From Alicante Airport follow the signs for Cartagena the A332 until you turn right at the Hotel Torrejoven after passing Torrevieja.Fom Murcia follow signs to Alicante on A332 until hotel turn left.
