Located in an exclusive, quiet residential area and surrounded by exotic plants, this impressive detached property is set in its own beautiful tropical gardens with private pool. The main town of Calpe is within a very short drive from the villa, where you will find two clean and safe sandy beaches and an excellent selection of bars, restaurants and pavement cafes. The sea is only 200m away from the front entrance of the Villa.
The Villa itself consists of 3 self contained modernised apartments each with their own entrance. They can be rented throughout the year as one complete private unit sleeping a maximum of 14 or on a private apartment basis for smaller groups. Either option will give you exclusive use of the Villa during your stay.
Outside, the villa boasts of a well maintained tropical garden with a beautiful private swimming pool with stunning views. The impressive pool basks in the sun from morning to sunset.
The top apartment consists of 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, a large and airy lounge, modern large bathroom and kitchen and a large naya (conservatory) leading onto the roof terrace with its amazing views of the Penon de Ifach Rock and the Sea. The terrace basks in the sun from sunrise to sunset. There is a large barbecue area with seating outside should you wish to entertain outside.
The middle apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 being a very large family room with double bed and 2 single beds and baby travel cot, and the other a spacious twin. A new bathroom and kitchen were recently installed to a high specification. The middle apartment also has a large airy lounge with a double comfortable sofabed with full sized mattress. A large open naya with its comfortable dining table and chairs overlooks the swimming pool and provides for al fresco dining and a shady place to rest from the sun whilst the children play in the pool under your watchful eye. There is also a studio apartment situated on the ground floor. It has twin beds that can be connected if required; and its own modern kitchen and bathroom. The studio is used when a large number of guests need to be accommodated. All apartments have Satellite TV, DVD, Radio/CD players and the ususal kitchen appliances.
The villa also has a beautiful private swimming pool with stunning views and a shaded marble seating area. Their is also atmospheric lighting around the pool to enable you to enjoy a midnight swim in during those warm evenings.
Several popular restaurants are within a few minutes walk of the Villa. Oscars Restaurant/Bar serving a variety of International food and offering a relaxing place to have a cool drink. Another popular restaurant is the Maryvilla Restaurant only 100m from the Villa serving a variety of good food on a terrace overlooking the Sea. Calpe is a 5 minute drive from the Villa . Here there is a selection of cafe bars and good value restaurants.

Local activities in and around Calpe, Costa Blanca - Alicante
Go-Karts, There are quite a few Go-Kart racing tracks located within most resorts. They are primarily well-run and include other facilities on-site - such as children's track (with tiny two-stroke engines), viewing granstand, bar, restaurant etc, and plenty of parking .
Windsurfing, Dinghies and other Water Sports Summer winds are mostly thermals, coming up around midday, peaking between 4 and 6 in the afternoon and dying away in the evening.
The local "Hot-shots" load up their cars and head for VERGEL where the Monte Pego mountains induce thermals practically every day in excess of force 4 and, on a good day literally hundreds of surfers will be out.
Rock Climbing, The Costa Blanca has become the largest and most popular area in Spain for visiting climbers. The wealth and variety of climbing in the area is truly staggering, and for every partially developed crag there are at least two other slightly less accessible ones which haven't been touched yet. But it is the variety in the climbing which keeps people coming back here. It is not just roadside clip-ups since there are huge trad routes on the Puig Campana, and in the Echo Valley, and majestic, fully-bolted, multi-pitch extravaganzas on places like the Peñon and the Ponoch. You can switch from doing one long route in the mountains on one day to ticking a dozen routes on a crag three minutes from the car on the next. In the Costa Blanca the weather and general holiday atmosphere which are also part of the attraction.
There is something uniquely appealing about climbing a route on Christmas Day, on a superb cliff in the blazing sunshine, while staying in an apartment in a nearly-deserted Benidorm or Calpe and relaxing afterwards with a few beers on the beach. The routes cover all grades and styles with probably the widest choice of lower-grade Winter-Sun-Rock available in Spain. But there is also lots of hard stuff, adventurous stuff and esoteric stuff.
Detailed directions to the Villa are sent after the final booking payment has been received. Calpe is an easy 40 minute drive from Alicante Airport and 1.25 hours from Valencia Airport.
