This self-contained holiday chalet is set in the peaceful parkland setting of Penstowe Park Holiday Village and sleeps 4-5 people, in two bedrooms. One double and the other with a bunk bed, the bottom of which pulls out to a double.
There is a kitchen, lounge and bathroom with electric shower over bath.
27 the Park is fully equipped to a high standard and includes a microwave, TV, Freeview box and DVD player. A cot and a highchair are available free of charge.
The beds are made up for your arrival (bed linen is not provided for the cot).
Electricity is provided via a coin meter which takes £1 coins.
Please note we operate a strictly non-smoking policy in 27 the park.
Close to the Manor house is the former Stable Block. It contains the Stable Bar, shop, games room, an outdoor swimming pool and a children’s paddling pool. These facilities are free to use for patrons of the holiday park.
Membership of Penstowe Leisure Facilities is available for guests staying at 27 The Park, for a small fee, payable locally at the Manor house Reception. Costs are approximately £50 for a family of 4 for a week.

1 Double Bedroom, 1 Family Bedroom. One double bedroom and one bedroom with a bunkbed the lower of which converts from a sofa to a double bed.

1 Bathroom. New fitted electric shower for 2007 over the bath. Toilet and wash basin. Bath mat is provided but towels are not.
Kitchen:
Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Iron. Complete new kitchen fitted for 2007. Tea towels and dish cloths not included.
General:
We are a non smoking chalet. TV and DVD are provided. Beds are made for your arrival with further sets left for following weeks. A highchair is also available.

Seating for 4. Seating for 4 at a table.
Entertainment:
Terrestrial TV, DVD. Membership to Penstowe Sports & Leisure Club is optional and costs approx £50 per week for up to 4 occupants of your chalet. There is also a seperate bar/ restaurant on site. Childrens club available.
Outside:
Communal Pool. The chalet is set in the parkland grounds of Penstowe Manor. There are car parks within a short walk from the chalet and throughout the park.

Local activities in and around Bude, South West
The village of Kilkhampton, is a ten minute walk from Penstowe, It has two pubs, a fish & chip shop, a post office, and other useful shops. The nearest beach is a national trust beach at Sandymouth bay, approximately 3 miles away.
Other nearby attractions include; the Tamar Lakes which have excellent water sports, angling and many stunning walks; the South West Coastal Path and the dramatic scenery of the Atlantic Heritage Coast.
The area also offers Widemouth Bay, famous for its surfing and numerous theme parks and activities for families.
The Bude area offers its visitors a variety of holiday experiences from a relaxing short or weekend break to challenging activity holidays in natural surroundings, family holidays with nearby attractions and adventure parks, and opportunities for walking, cycling, golf and bird watching.
The area also has some of the best surfing beaches in the UK.
A car is must, as public transport is limited in this area. Penstowe is easily accessible via the M5 from the Atlantic Highway A361/A39 - or the A30 (Exeter & Okehampton bypass) and Holsworthy.

Changeover day is Saturday for weekly lets. Departure by 10am, arrival after 4pm.
Please make enquiries by e-mail. A deposit of £75 per week is payable with your booking, and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure.
