Views over Marina and close to numerous cafes, pubs, restaurants and nightclubs. Ideal to explore the Gower and Mumbles. Appartment is a modern 2 bedroom and 2 barthroom, spacious and light with views over Marina from lounge and main bedroom. All facilities are supplied and including daily cleaning at an additional charge. Pets are allowed.

The appartment is ideally placed for the city centre, the Marina and the Swansea Bay promenade which runs all of the way to Mumbles. All major facilities in the city centre including the new LC2 leisure centre, shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and nightclubs are within easy walking distance.

The appartment is overlooking the Marina and the new Waterfront Museum. Furnishings are light and modern throughout the appartment, with all items being new or up to date. The open plan kitchen/dining and lounge area overlooks the Marina and yachts. The lounge has a 30" flat screen TV with DVD and freeview facilities. Patio doors open onto a balcony.

The dining table will comfortably fit four persons for those quiet evenings and the fitted kitchen includes a gas hob with extractor hood over, oven and grill, microwave, integrated dishwasher, intergrated fridge and freezer and intergrated Washeing machine & dryer. All facilities are available which will include iron and ironing board etc.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and fitted wardrobes. This bedroom overlooks the marina with outstanding aspects. The second bedroom has a double bed with ensuite facilities which is fully tiled with shower, hand basin and WC. The main bathroom is again fully tiled with hand wash basin, WC and shower.
