The complex consists of 46 bungalows, with a large swimming pool and also childrens pool, surrounded by sunbeds. The complex is close to all amenities, with the beach and main shopping areas just 5 minutes walk away. Sleeps 4.

The bungalows are on a popular yet quiet complex, and they have a communal pool and childrens pool. Each bungalow has one bedroomw with twin beds, but has the capacity for up to 4 adults with the use of the sofa bed in the frontroom. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker hob microwave, toaster and kettle, and the bathroom has a sizeable shower, and the proeperties are maintained to a high standard. The bedroom is spacious and has a large mirrored wardrobe. The complex is extremely popular due to its location....only 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Los Pocillos, and 5 minutes in the other direction to all of the main bars and restaurants of the "strip" in Puerto del Carmen. There are endless options for late nights with bars and clubs to hand, but again for those who prefer the "quieter" pace of life, there are local bars and restaurants on your door step that can offer a tranquil but entertaining evening.

Local activities in and around Puerto Del Carmen, Lanzarote
Renting a privately owned bungalow in Puerto del Carmen has many advantages, allowing you the freedom to explore the resort at your own leisure without being tied down to hotel mealtimes and pre-packaged activities.
There are a vast number of bars and delicious restaurants close by offering beautiful food for every taste palet. The Old Town of Puerto del Carmen is a beautiful sight in the evening and well worth a visit, again with wonderful restaurants to hand.
Further afield, there are numerous excursions around the Island, taking in sights of the volcanic lunarlandscape, unspoilt beaches, and the wonderful Timanfaya also known as Fire Mountain. The Sunday market at Teguise has a fantastic atmosphere with great bargains to be found and usually a local musician or two. A trip to Jameos del Agua or a ride on the Camels makes a great day out. Submarine safaris, catamaran boat trips or a horse ride around the moutains at A Caballo, the Water Park at Costa Teguise and a night time visit to Ranco Texas will bring out the Cowboy in you! Whatever you decide there is always something to do, even if it just lazing around the pool or swimming in the sea or walking on the long stretches of beautiful beaches so close to your bungalow.
From the airport follow the signs to Puerto del Carmen. Take the turning off the main road. Follow the roundabout into PDC. 500 metres more and you will see CALLE FRANCIA on your left. Turn here.
