This is a holiday base for all ages to enjoy, whilst there are really fine golf courses on the doorstep, there is something for everyone in this area, from horse riding and tennis to scuba and horse racing.
The local town to La Cala Golf Resort is La Cala de Mijas is just 7 km away.
There are numerous shops and restaurants, a local market each Wednesday and Saturday, a long sandy beach offering water sports activities and many beach bars.
Try to catch the horse racing at the Hippodrome while you are here - a terrific night out.
There is a new Spa complex on site.
Skiing is available - 2 hour's drive away.
Aqua Parks, Go-karting, Fuengirola Zoo, Tivoli World and many clean and safe beaches are all within a 15 minute drive. Selwo Wild Life Park is 45 minutes away, the exciting Crocodile Park and Selwo Marine Park are situated in Benalmadena about 20 minutes from the apartment. The vibrant towns of Malaga and Marbella are only 30 mins drive away. The picturesque mountain village of Mijas is a shortdrive away.
