Villa Rosamar is a truly magnificent five bedroom property which has been totally refurbished for 2006. Set in the Rosamar urbanisation the villa has it's own private swimming pool with gardens and features all modern conveniences.
Within walking distance is your own private beach with an excellent restaurant and children's play area. The urbanisation also features free tennis courts and a convenience store. The historic coastal town of Sant Feliu de Guixols is within ten minutes drive.
This is the perfect place to just relax or to use as a base to explore the Costa Brava, Barcelona and the Pyrenees. Our local english speaking manager will greet you upon your arrival and is available to assist you throughout your stay.
Off the entrance hallway there is a guest bathroom with shower. Through double doors leads to a large dual aspect living/dining room with sliding doors to the terrace. Off the living room is a large well equiped kitchen with cherry wood doors and granite counters.
On the first floor are four bedrooms, one double and two twins all with built in wardrobes and sliding doors to the terrace. There is also a single bedroom set out in bunk beds. The large family bathroom is located on this floor.
On the ground floor is another large bathroom with seperate bath and shower. A lobby leads to a very large double bedroom with built in wardrobes and a sliding door leading to the terrace and the garden. On this level there is also a den with comfortable seating and an additional set of bunk beds bringing the total beds to 12.
Outside there is a 7 x 4 meter pool with a teak sunbathing deck and a large brick bbq. There is a fenced garden with mature palm trees and other trees giving an area for children to play.
There is off-street parking to the side of the villa.
