Serre Chevalier is situated in the Hautes Alpes region of France. Nearby Briancon is the highest town in Europe and has spectacular 15th century fortifications which house the old town.
The resort boasts 250kms of pistes to suit all levels of skiers or boarders. There is some fantastic off piste skiing which you will never tire of. Villeneuve is situated in the centre of the resort being one of the 13 villages and hamlets that comprise Serre Chevalier, from Briancon 1200 up to Monetier les Bains 1500. Ski buses travel regularly up and down the valley transporting skiers and non skiers alike.
