"Casa Blanca" is a traditional Spanish farmhouse that has been totally restored and beautifully finished with every luxury. This large family house stands in its own private grounds with a superb swimming pool, and gardens, also having breathtaking mountain views over the Almanzora valley.
Set on the edge of a natural park, with a few neighbouring villas this is the perfect tranquil location away from the busy resorts which makes for a fantastic family home.
The great advantage of our inland location is being just 30 minutes or so away from the coast you have a larger choice of beaches and coves to visit all within a short scenic drive away. The roads are normally very quiet so travelling is stress free, and with a lot less traffic to contend with, it's a pleasure to drive here.
Two of the bedrooms have there own sun terraces, one from the master bedroom, and the other from bedroom 2, both with stunning mountain views. The ensuite to the master bedroom has a wet room area within, and the family bathroom has an impressive corner bath, and separate shower cubicle. Both bathrooms have bidets.
"Casa Blanca" has two log burning stoves that heat the entire house in the winter months.
There are several terraces , and two shady court yards. The swimming pool is 8mts by 4mts with a shallow end of 1.0 mts and deep end of 1.5 mts, with a roman step to one side.
The property is fully walled and fenced, with a large lockable gated entrance, and plenty of parking space within.

The Costa de Almeria region: On the eastern edge of Andalucia lies the province of Almeria. It takes its name from its capital city which lies on the southern coast of the province.
The area could have remained somewhat unknown if it hadn't been for the film companies who discovered that the area offered ideal film sets for films such as Lawrence of Arabia. Sexy Beast and Patton.
Hundreds of westerns have been produced in the local hillsides.
To experience this you can visit "Mini Hollywood" at Tabernas, where you can watch one of the daily shoot outs, cheer on the sheriff, and see some very rough looking locals bite the dust.

With an average of 320 days of sunshine a year, the sun is virtualy guaranteed. With mild winters, and long hot summers. This is proberbly the best climate in the world, having very low humidity in this region.
There are many attractions to this area, such as beautiful sandy beaches, secluded coves with crystal waters. Beachside bars and restaurants, a water park, Mojacar old town with its white washed houses built into the mountain side.
