The cottage consists of 2 double bedrooms with another singe bedroom off the main / parents bedroom. There is a separate sitting room with TV and DVD. The kitchen is well equipped with gas cooker and hob, fridge / freezer, microwave (new), dishwasher (new), plenty of cooking utensils, there is a large kitchen table with seating for 6. The bathroom has toilet, shower and sink.
Outside there is an additional toilet and shower – very handy for cleaning up after a long day at the beach. There is also a separate building with 2 rooms – mainly used for storage, additional freezers and also 2 adult bikes (ladies and gents). The garden is south-facing and very private (the building behind the house is a primary school which is vacant during the holidays), there is a terrace with table and chairs and a beautifully built traditional BBQ. There’s plenty of room for drying laudry, towels and swimming clothes.
There is also a large, tiled garage where there is a washing machine. Parking is either on street opposite the cottage or in the garage.
The cottage is very well situated on Chemin des Mules, in La Baule and is within walking (or cycling) distance to the nicest beach in Europe – Plage de la Baule and also the shops, restaurants and bars of Pornichet village. Pornichet also has a small TGV train station with direct services to Nantes and Paris.
