The living room has a great size balcony which accomodates 2 chairs and a table with a recliner for the sun worshippers! It's situated just before Paphos and only 10 mins from the airport. The surrounding gardens of this complex are the first thing to catch peoples eyes, palm trees and exciting colourful plants to help relax and calm your mood. Everything you need is within the gates! The cafe is serving food throughout the day and even a Sunday lunch but beware it could make you homesick!
Geroskipou is the location of this complex, a town having its own municipality and refreshing character which the locals would rather keep secret from us all! Paphos is close by car and for a great walk down to the beach its a perfect start to the day. 5mins by car or 30mins by foot and you could be swimming in Geroskipou local beach(Paphos main harbour is about 40mins by foot) The logistical position of the apartment offers the perfect base to explore the island in any direction you desire. However most guests staying in our complex prefer to use a hire car
The apartment does not overlook the pool but enjoys a more peaceful location around the back which means that after a fun filled day around the pool you can retreat back to the room for your cold brandy sour! Then it's a tough decision to either sit on the balcony with a drink or book (why not both!) and enjoy the sunset, or find the local meze treats!
Cyprus can be as expensive or as cheap as you want, fresh or frozen, hot or cold, busy or quiet but we believe it caters for all tastes rather well!

Seating for 4. On arrival you will be given a welcome pack to get you through the first day.

DVD, CD System. Complex snack bar also offers an outside pool table.

Communal Pool, Garden, Parking, Balcony, Garden Furniture. Great facilities include a pool, showers, disabled WC, water features with landscaped gardens. The cafe has a book swap where you can keep yourself in reading material and also help a local charity.

Underground parking and a lift mean easy access to the apartment. For those who don't like aircon- ceiling fans have also been fitted.
Local activities in and around Paphos Town, Southern Cyprus
The area of Paphos including its beautiful harbour is undergoing a facelift i.e. pedestrianised and new shop fronts (due to be completed end of May 08). We want to be honest about this as the local municipality is investing millions of euros to keep all our interests in the tourism business alive. More to the point this will benefit the holiday maker directly as Paphos is looking more and more accesible and impressive. The local airport is under massive improvement and more airlines are now using it.
Paphos is an ideal base to explore the Island, and a cruise to Egypt is highly recommended as it is convenient and cheap with an experience to stay with you forever!
Although Paphos has grown massively over the years, your prospective stay in Geroskipou will have you feeling confident about your choice. Geroskipou has a town square boasting one of the oldest churches on the island. It too is under improvement with an amphitheatre coming this year.
Visiting the north for a few days is very possible with only a 3hour journey by car and you're across the border into Kyrenia. Massive EC contributions have improved the roads helping us all to enjoy many areas in only one day.
Just one more important point is that Paphos boasts a very high standard of medical care should you need it, but God forbid you will!
Please note this complex would be best serviced by using a hire car. Some of our guests have struggled without one so please consider this option. Taxis are available to visit Paphos town but for 20euros a day you can have independance to visit where ever you like! Its a beautiful island.

Rental Notes: 15% off high season bookings and 20% off all other bookings until 31/12/2009. This does not apply to "late offers" unfortunately.
A 25% (non-returnable) deposit is required upon booking. Refunds (less deposit) are made provided any cancellation is made more than 8 weeks prior to your arrival. Travel insurance is recommended for obvious reasons.
Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to departure.
A refundable Key loss/Damage charge of £100 is also required at this time. This will be returned as soon as the apartment has been checked and our keys returned.
Change over dates and times are flexible, but if another booking is arriving the day you leave, we would need you to vacate by 11am. This is so we can send our cleaners in to have it ready for the next arrival.
