This beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom ground floor apartment overlooks the lovely communal gardens and the fantastic swimming pool.
The accommodation is furnished to a high standard with all that you will need for a relaxing, stress free holiday and there is air conditioning and gas central heating throughout.
The kitchen is fully equiped, with oven, hob, fridge freezr, microwave and washing machine. The light airy lounge diner has a lixury suite, including a sofa bed, TV, DVD player and dining table and chairs. There are terraces off the lounge, kitchen and master bedroom, with comfortable patio furniture where you can relax and enjoy the views. Terraces back and front providing out door eating and entertaining areas. Rear terraces shaded during part of the day offering welcome respite during the hotter times of day without the need for retreating to the air conditioned interior.
The two bedrooms are both twin rooms, with built in wardrobes and the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There is also a family bathroom with shower over bath, WC and handbasin.
The apartment has a high level of security with shutters to windows and doors, there is 24 hour resort security and included is a secure underground carpark and lock up storage room accessed by lift .

Local activities in and around Los Alcazares, Costa Calida - Murcia
Roda Golf and Beach Resort boasts an 18 hole PGA accredited golf course designed by Dave Thomas and endorsed by Sam Torrence who opened the course in 2006. The club house offers the usual high class catering facilities for residents whether golfers or not.
There are at least 7 top class golf courses within a short drive from the complex.
The Resort is only 5 km from the beach at Los Alcazares and the Mar Menor a natural lagoon on the Costa Calida (warm coast). Los Alcazares is a lovely tradtional Spanish seaside town. The warm shallow waters of the Mar Menor are safe for children. The promenade has many beachside cafes and bars so there is no need to worry about taking a picnic. Los Alcazares has a vibrant market on a Tuesday morning, well worth a visit to snap up those bargains, especially leather goods such as handbags and shoes, the freshest of the Spainīs vegetables and fruits and clothes.
Los Alcazares has many plazas or squares with restuarants which literally spill out onto the street. Al fresco dining is all about giving the town a buzz and excellent atmosphere.
Torre Pacheco which is only a few km inland from the resort is a traditional spanish market town. It has many shops, supermarkets and facilities. It is a busy small town with many good restaurants to try.
The region of Murcia is known for its 271km of coastline and beaches. There are beaches on the Mar Menor, the inland sea and also on the Mediterranean. If you are looking for a beach you wont be disappointed and we can direct you to areas where you will have the beach to yourself.
Roda also has its own private Beach Resort exclusive to residents, which provides catering facilities, water sports, swimming pool and solariums.
The area has nearly 300 days of sunshine each year.

Smaller kids will have a fantastic day too as there are plenty of rides for the little ones that bigger people cant do.

Rental Notes: Change over day can be any day of the week so that you can take advantage of the cheaper mid week flights.
Linen and towels are included in the price, but we would ask that you bring your own beach and pool towels. The price includes cleaning before and afterwards and there are no extra costs for this. The price also includes a welcome pack of tea, coffee, water, wine etc, but if you would like to upgrade this to the breakfast pack with sausages, bacon and eggs please just let us know.
Travel cot and high chair are available UPON REQUEST and subject to availability.
For stay of over 10 days there will be a mid term clean and linen change.
