The hub of this home is the comfortable family room with 3 and 2 seat-er settee's and occasional tables plus entertainment unit.
Large patio doors lead directly to the pool area with 30 ft kidney shaped pool,extended decking giving much more room on the colourful loungers and chairs. The whole area is netted to keep out any flying bugs and a high hedge surrounds all 3 sides for added privacy. Coming back inside note the fully fitted open plan kitchen fulfilling all your cooking and eating requirements. The breakfast nook is adjacent to kitchen and has a 4 seat-er table plus 2 breakfast bar chairs. Moving to the front of the villa relax in the sumptuous lounge again with 3 & 2 seat-er settee's and occasional tables. Adjacent is the formal dining room with large 6 seat-er table & matching chairs. A large palm tree in the corner adds a tropical touch and a number of nautical prints on the walls complete the decor.
Good size Master bedroom off family room has queen bed, large dressing table with matching bedside cabinets and lamps. Leading off is the Master bathroom with huge mirror over his & hers sink unit, large corner bath, walk in shower and separate WC are all included. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have 2 single beds each & large built in wardrobes. These bedrooms share bathroom 2. Master bedroom 2 with en suite bathroom contains double bed, large built in wardrobe and baby cot.
The first impression guest's have when opening the front door for the first time is how large and spacious everything is, and with 1935 sq ft of living space they are not wrong. Local activities in and around Davenport, Florida
Orlando is the theme park capital of the world and the first time visitor especially is spoilt for choice. Shopping is also a great experience with dozens of malls and outlets to choose from and its cheaper than at home!
A wide range of different restaurants are also within easy reach of our villa just make sure you are hungry though because portions are large.
If golf is your thing then again you are spoilt for choice with numerous courses nearby the nearest is literally next door at Highlands Reserve.
Fancy an air-boat ride? Or hot-air ballooning? Both are available in Orlando.
Further afield you have the choice of beaches. Head east for Daytona and Cocoa beaches and while you are there call in at Kennedy Space Center, well worth a visit. If west is best and the Gulf coast appeals then go to Clearwater and St Petes for great soft sandy beaches.
