This is a new property in the quiet residential area of Villamartin near Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca. It is approx. 45 minutes south of Alicante airport and 15 minutes north of Murcia airport. It is 5 minutes walk to the local Plaza, with restaurants and bars in abundance, and, in the summer, a free bus service runs to and from this Plaza to the local La Zenia beach, less than 5 minutes drive away. Beautiful coves and beaches as well as many restaurants are in the surrounding area.
There are 3 Golf Courses in the area, all within 10 minutes: Villamartin, which held the Mediterranean Open a few years ago, Las Ramblas and Campoamor. All can be used by the general public.
The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom accomodation has a private roof- top solarium, sun terraces, a barbeque, full air-conditioning, satellite TV and the use of a communal swimming pool. Car hire is available in the Plaza and at both airports. Linen and towels are provided.

A non-refundable deposit of £99 pounds will secure your booking. This balance to be paid 8 weeks before travel. A holding deposit of 100 Euros payable locally in cash to our manager will be required. This will be returned, less any costs for breakages and damages, on vacating the premises.
We can arrange pick-up and drop-off from both Alicante and Murcia airports with our local manager.
