The villa has a large pool shared with 4 other properties and private secluded position. Situated overlooking the popular Cretan village of Kokkino Chorio with stunning sea views of Souda Bay to the front of the villa and the White mountains to the south. The villa is 3 minutes from Kokkino Chorio village square where you will find blue flag beach of Almirida is just a few minutes drive from the villa, or for the more adventurous about a 35 min walk.
This is a two bedroomed villa, with a shared swimming pool. The property has a larg first floor veranda with great views.
This villa is next to the pool. It is a two-bedroom villa which comfortable sleeps four, with a shower room (wet room style) on the ground floor and a bathroom with shower head over, on the first floor. There is a communal swimming pool with sun lounge’s, table and chairs and an outside shower.
1st Floor Bedroom has two single beds with bedside table, chair, dressing table with mirror and stool. The bedroom has a double wardrobe. Views over to the Mediterranean Sea and Local hills in the distance can be seen from the bedroom. The bedroom has Air Conditioning and a ceiling fan.
On the first floor there is access to a very large veranda, which has a table and set of chairs. From here you have views over the White Mountains and down the Bay to distant views of Chania as well as over the village of Kokkino Chorio.
Ground floor bedroom. This has a Double bed with bedside tables, wardrobes and dressing table with mirror and stool. There is also a chair in the bedroom. The bedroom has Air Conditioning and a ceiling fan. French doors open out on to a small veranda.
Living Room; Open plan with kitchen, living area and a dinning area. There is a three seater suede sofa and a Leather casual chair. For your entertainment there is a T.V. with DVD player, mini Hi-Fi/CD player and English channels on the satellite system. There is a selection of reading books. The dinning area has seating for four people with a large table. The kitchen has a cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and a washing machine etc.

Lisara Villa’s are a perfect location making it an ideal holiday base for sun worshippers, walkers and anyone wanting to explore this beautiful part of Western Crete. Situated overlooking the popular village of Kokkino Chorio with stunning views of Souda Bay to the front of the villa and the White mountains to the south. The villa is 2 minutes walk to the village square where you will find a taverna and a mini market.
The nearest beach is the blue flag beach at Almirida, just 10 minutes drive away. Here there are water sports, numerous restaurants, shops and car hire.
The beautiful Venetian harbour town of Chania is approx 28 kms to the west and is accessible by car or public transport and Chania market is a must on Saturday mornings. Other places to visit include the beach resort of Kalives, the villages of Vamos, Gavalchori, Armeni, Kefalas etc.

In Almyrida you can swim, sail, wind surf and other beach activity's. There are local companys that offer cycling and organisie walks.
