The very spacious, bright and elegant (105 sqm) holiday home with terrace (50 sqm) is very quiet and has magnificent sea and mountain views. The spacious lounge with fire place has direct access to the huge south-west terrace with nice views over the Sea. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds, one with en-suite bathroom and a second bathroom with shower. It is tastefully furnished and decorated and has marble floors, air conditioning (hot and cold) and 4 sleeps, offering a very pleasant stay for up to 4 people. Golf courses in Marbella: Santa Maria 5 min walk, Cabopino and Green Life 5 min drive, Santa Clara, Los Monteros, Rio Real 10 min. drive. Local activities in and around Elviria, Costa del Sol - Malaga
For not-golfers it is not difficult to create a 2 or 3 weeks programme of various activities. The beautiful sandy beaches invite to be lazy and simply enjoy the sea and the endless view on passing yachts and other water related activities, or the mountains in the background. The shopping facilities in Marbella are numerous and the "Old Town" of Marbella is worth a visit. Culinary performances are from a high quality. Within 1 hour drive you are in the centre of Malaga where you should visit the Picasso Museum and the impressive renaissance style build cathedral. And you can not overlook the Alcazaba. Or in Ronda (Sierra de Ronda) with the oldest bullring in Spain and the bridge over the 200m deep Tajo cleft. A white villages trip through the Sierra's takes a day but will leave an unforgettable impression. Find a Venta in one of these villages and enjoy the local kitchen. Gibraltar with the apes rock is on appr. 80 km. and from Algeciras it is easy to make a day trip to Morocco. Granada and its world famous Alzambra (a masterpiece of Arabian architecture) is a destination you may not exclude from your holiday programme. The closest golf courses in Marbella of the 56 along the Costa del Sol are: Santa Maria 5 min walk, Cabopino and Green Life 5 min drive, Santa Clara, Los Monteros, Rio Real 10 min. drive.
Costa del Sol
The Costa del Sol enjoys a delicious micro climate with over 320 sunny days a year. It makes the area to the favourite holiday destination of many European holidaymakers. Summers are not to hot and in wintertime temperature can easily reach 20º. The Costa del Sol combines combines delicious beaches with exciting day trips, sleepy white villages and impressive mountains. Marbella's marina Puerto Banus makes you believe to be in a different world. On a 2 hours drive you are in the middle of the Sierra Nevada winter sports area.
Elviria is a community located about 15 minutes east of Marbella's city centre. It is well equipped with services, amenities and entertainment facilities.
Because this is a coastal urbanisation, many homes are within walking distance of the beach. Also conveniently located are the Santa María and Santa Clara golf courses with their respective clubs; two more courses - Golf Club Marbella and Golf Rio Real - are only a short drive away. The El Casco Tennis club is another attraction at Elviria, offering quality facilities.
