Our two bedroomed self- catering ground floor apartment was finished in 2007 and furnished to a high standard. It has easy access to the beautifully landscaped gardens and large swimming pools. The white sandy beach is just a few minutes walk away, where you will also find all amenities and transport links to all major parts of the island.
The locals here are friendly and always willing to help. The resort of Flic en Flac has plenty to offer anyone looking for a good time !!!
We hold a recommanded Tourist Enterprise Licence No 05524 granted by the Tourist Board of Mauritius.
The apartment is newly built, beautifully furnished, comfortable, clean and suitable for all the family. The first double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the second a separate bathroom. Both rooms are air-conditioned and well furnished. There is a small lobby outside the bedrooms where you can sit and read, play board games or just chill out.
The open-planned American style kitchen is fully equipped with all facilities for self-catering and the well furnished dining and living area has cable satellite tv, cd and a dvd player.
The apartment is fitted with security grills on all doors and windows as well as a safety deposit box for all your important documents and possessions. At the front there is a terrace with outdoor furniture & access to the gardens to enjoy the warm weather & breathe in the fresh sea air, while having breakfast in the morning or just sip a glass of wine in the evening, looking at the stars.
The swimming pool is set in a beautifully landscaped garden with umbrellas and loungers as well as a separate paddling pool for the children.
There is a 24 hr security guard on patrol at the complex and a free car park.
There is a maid service several times a week and a handyman on call 24 hr to keep the apartment clean and in good working condition. All bed linens and towels are provided free & changed twice a week.
The apartment is set in a quiet location and yet close to all the facilities for fun filled holiday The white sandy beach of Flic en Flac is a few minutes walk away where you will find a supermarket, shops, restaurants serving mouth-watering dishes for all the family, cash-point, chemist, post office, taxis , buses and water-sport's kiosks. Snacks and drinks are sold on the beach and nearby shops.
During the week the beach is almost deserted suitable for those long walks in the mornings, swimming, sunbathing or watch the sun sets in the evening ( free of charge of course!! Courtesy of the paradise island of Mauritius).
