In a very quiet lane off Fore St, Otterton (conservation area with pub, pretty village green and river with historic water mill). Sea-side bay one mile. Coastal towns of Sidmouth and Budliegh Salterton three miles, Exeter twelve miles.
Much of the cottage is 150 years old with cosy rooms, deep set windows and polished floor boards. Downstairs there are two main rooms plus a modern fitted kitchen, utility and cloakroom. Upstairs are four spacious bedrooms (1 kingsize, 1 twin and 2 singles) and a bathroom with bath and separate shower.
Outside is an enclosed, sunny, south-facing garden with playhouse and slide.

Close-by are Bicton Gardens, Crealy Adventure Park, Pecorama and many other attractions.The small beach-side towns of Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth are both three miles and offer most amenities. The cathedral city of Exeter is twelve miles. Slightly further, but only forty minutes drive is Dartmoor with its stunning scenery.
