Newly available in 2008, this really is quality accommodation in a superb position.

A spacious and completely self-contained single-bedroom apartment, Withywell makes up roughly half of the owners' large and characterful stone-built bungalow. Sleeps 2 (plus cot).

For the less able - you'll need to be able to manage a slope and/or half-flight of steps.
Our lane's unlit. It's safe, with virtually no traffic, but you'll need a torch if you're walking at night.
Local activities in and around Croyde, South West
There's a great sandy beach right here in Croyde and others nearby. Surf hire and lessons, horse-riding and the Cascades leisure pool are all available here in the village. Passing through Croyde is the South West Coast Path for wonderful walks. There's also sea-fishing off the rocks and golf just a few minutes away at the famous links course at Saunton. Also at Saunton there's kite- and wind-surfing.
Further afield there are dozens of activities and places to visit all over North Devon and beyond. Exmoor, Dartmoor, the Eden Project and the National Marine Aquarium, for example, are all within day-out distance. There are theatres too, at Barnstaple and Ilfracombe.
We always keep plenty of leaflets at Withywell to help with ideas of where to go. If you've any particular interests just let us know in advance and we'll raid the Tourist Office for you!
We're easy to find. Full directions with booking information.
Note; we're up a single track lane. It's a cul-de-sac and very quiet, but occasionally you might have to do a bit of reversing.

Rental Notes: Our usual changeover day is Sunday which is great for missing all the traffic! We're pretty flexible, though, and if the days you want fit in with other bookings, then any day's OK.
Minimum length of stay at Withywell is 3 nights.
Our rate over Xmas & new Year is £80 per night. Minimum stay over Xmas is 5 nights, New Year 3 nights.
A 25% deposit secures your booking, the balance payable 1 month before arrival.
