Modern, architect designed villa, all on one level, set in a quiet cul de sac, just off the centre of Costa Teguise, five minutes walk from the beach, and all facilities, including bars, restaurants, shops, post office, etc.
Las Cucharas beach is 5 or 6 minutes walk away as are all the bars and restaurants and the Aquapark and golf course are about 5 minutes by car.
The villa is set in a quiet street, with no through traffic, so is very safe for children and the elderly. The area is very flat, so good for walking and the villa is within minutes of Las Maretas and Pueblo Marinera shopping centres.
There are adequate bus services and plentiful, cheap taxis, so, although a hire car is desirable it is not essential. The villa is all on one level, with three spacious bedrooms (a double and two twins), a family bathroom and an ensuite off the master bedroom. The master bedroom also has a large walk in wardrobe / dressing room (which is ideal for a cot, if you have a small child).
There is a comfortable lounge and a separate, full english style kitchen with dishwasher etc. In the centre of the house there is an enclosed canarian patio, ideal for cool dining on hot evenings. Via the patio the is the only access to the roof terrace, with panoramic views of the resort. There is a lockable gate on the stairs to restrict childrens access.
In the same way, the only access to the swimming pool is through the master bedroom so you control kids access. Outside there are wraparound terraces with high walls, giving seclusion and security, and making the pool area a real suntrap. The pool itself is 8x4 metres, is heated to 28/30 degrees from November to April, and is maintained with twice weekly cleaning and treatment.
The villa is cleaned weekly on Thursdays and there are ample towels (though not beachtowels) Bedlinen is also changed weekly. The villa comfortably sleeps 6 adults, and there is a Zbed for an occasional seventh. There is also room for up to two cots (althogh I wouldn't recommend more than 7 people in total) and one cot and high chair are provide free of charge.
Outside, there is a brick built barbecue and, next to it, a spacious washing/drying room, with storage space for pool toys.

There are plenty of water based sports (surfing, windsurfing deep sea fishing etc ) in Costa Teguise. Within 30 minutes drive, there are camel and horse riding and animal/bird displays
