Casa Maria is situated in the exclusive and quiet area of Las Coloradas near the wonderful Papagayo Beaches. It has its own private electrically heated pool, gardens and sun terrace. Las Coloradas benefits from a childs play area, good restaurants and bars with a supermarket.

The villa has spacious open plan living area with patio doors to both aspects of the terrace. There is a modern fully-fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and toaster, together with all your cooking needs. The dining area has table and chairs. In the living room there is a comfy double sofa bed and two armchairs, with a footstool. We have TV and satellite showing, Sky News, Channels 4 & 5,Sky Three, 2 Movie channels and BBC Radio 1,2,3,4. A DVD player with a good selection of films, a games console and games, plently of reading books and family board games. For the little one's, there are pens and crayons with colouring book.
There is a utility area with washing machine and clothes line with pegs. The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe,dressing table,bedside tables with lamp and clockradio. The window looks out to the garden and pool. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds, wardrobe, bedside table and lamp. The bathroom is very light with a shower over the bath, toilet and bidet. A laundry bin.

Local activities in and around Playa Blanca , Lanzarote
Lanzarote is the most easterly island of the Canaries, and is located approx 40 miles from the coast of Africa. Papagayo beach is reported as the best on the island, with its white sandy coves and nude bathing. The marina is a 20 mins stroll along the prom, and as many shops, restaurants and bars together with a bowling/shopping complex. It is a great place to sit watching the boats and sipping sangria.
