Events include the Conwy River Festival in August, Blue Grass Music Festival in July and Conwy Feast, a food lovers paradise, in October. From the marina, Conwy is a pleasant 15 minute walk along the Marina Walk or a 2 minute car journey where you will find numerous shops, banks, pubs and award winning restaurants.
Anglesey, designated an area of outstanding natural beauty, is a 20 minute drive and the Roman City of Chester a 30 minute drive. Holyhead with a fast ferry (90 minutes) to Dublin is 40 minutes drive.
