The apartment is only a five-minute walk to the beach. It is also only a few blocks from the Avenue Jean Medecin where you will have access to Nice's premier shopping center,Nice Etoile, and the main shopping district, and the city centre. A grocery store, Internet café, a pharmacy and a bakery for fresh croissants are just across the street.
There are large supermarkets on Avenue Gambetta and Rue Dalpozzo,only one blocks away. Strolling along the Promenade des Anglais to the Old City, you will enjoy its lively restaurants, bars and animated nightlife. On the way to the beach is Rue de France,a typical French pedestrian street with many sidewalk cafés and restaurants.

The train station is only 5 minutes away with direct service to whole French Riviera such as Cannes, Grasse the perfume Capital of France, Monaco and Antibes. No need for a car, everything is accessible on foot. Only 2 blocks away is a lovely park for sitting and strolling,on the intersection of Gambetta and Victor Hugo.
Notes to the rental rates. Prices are for the property per week in Pounds Sterling or Euros, this encompasses sheets. No extra fees. Each of the apartments sleeps up to 4 persons. Deposit of 25% required with booking. Full payment required minimum of 6 Weeks before arrival. Payment is in Pounds Sterling or Euros. Cheques are preferred, Pound Sterling or in Euros will be accepted prior to arrival. Arrivals are at a nominated time after 2.pm it may be possible to arrange times outside of this in advance - but this cannot be guaranteed. Checkout is 10:00am. A security/damage deposit of £150.00 is payable when booking is taken. This will be returned directly to your home within two weeks of departure, when you return the keys.
