The "Pegaso" apartment is on the second floor of a semi-detached villa surrounded by a beautiful garden with flower beds and high-trunk trees. The villa, which was built in the 1960s by a famous local architect, is exceptionally well kept and is located in Bagnaia, a little village just 4 km. from Viterbo. Bagnaia is renowed worldwide for "Villa Lante" (16th century) and its Italian gardens which, every year, attract a large number of tourists from all parts of the world.
Its strategic location enables prospective guests to plan visits to many cultural and tourist destinations such as Rome, Perugia, Assisi, Stpoleto, Todi, Orvieto and even Florence and to reach the famous resorts of the Tuscan and Latian coasts. Viterbo and its province (known as "Tuscia") represent a valid alternative holiday destination. The town, with its medieval quarter, the Popes' Palace and many other historical buildings, is a charming jewel inserted in a gorgeous natural setting.
This large apartment (approx. 220 sq.m.) takes up the entire second floor of a villa, located in a quiet neighborhood. It is comprised of a lobby, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining-room for 6, one bathroom (with a shower), a master bathroom (with a tub), a large hall/sitting-room, a master bedroom, two bedrooms (one with twin beds, the other with a single bed) and two terraces. Shops, bars and restaurants can be easily reached on foot. Indeed, one of the best restaurants of the area is located just opposite the house.
