This beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is furnished to a high standard and overlooks the Valle del Este golf course. The apartment consists of a double and a twin bedroom, one with en suite bathroom. The sofa bed in the living room can sleep a further 2 guests.
The garden has patio furniture sufficient to cater for 6 people, perfect for al fresco dining. Alternatively, the hotel restaurant is a 5 minute walk away and there are a further 2 dining facilities on the complex. There are three pools exclusively for Aloe residents and sky TV in both the apartments.

Costa Almeria has a North African influence, with ferries departing regularly from the town of Almeria to Tunisia and Morocco. Almeria town is lively commercial centre with a sports marina and working fishing port, a wide range of shops, museums, galleries, bars and restaurants. Sports facilities are top-notch as a result of the 2005 Mediterranean Games which brought considerable international interest and investment to the city.
Almeria’s climate is subtropical. It’s consistantly warm and dry and is considered one of the best places in Spain to spend the winter. Almeria has 320 days of sunshine per year and little rain. This is the hottest province in Andalucia. Temperatures rarely dip below 13º C in winter and although average summer temperatures are said to be 25º C, you can expect plenty of weeks in the 30s and 40s between May and October.
The local walled rennaisance town of Vera is a quiet town with pretty shops and boutiques and beautiful restaurants. Some of its buildings were constructed in the 16th Century. Vera is a prosperous town with many shops selling locally made handicrafts. There is a busy street market on a Saturday.
The town of Vera has many restaurants and traditional shops. Turre has some more authentic Spanish restaurants seving Tapas. Mojacar is famous for its white houses perched on the hill-top. Mojacar beach-front has 5 km of sandy beaches and endless restaurants and bars that run alongside. Nearby Mojaca playa is a more lively resort with buzzing restaurants and bars.
The apartment is ten minutes drive from Vera beach and residents of Valle del Este are permitted to use the Valle del Este Beach Club.
Mini Hollywood is famous for the Westerns that have been made there, being the location for ‘Lawrence of Arabia’, ‘Dr Zhivago’ and ‘A Fist Full of Dollars’. There are daily shows three times a day.

The apartments are situated on a challenging PGA golf course. Reduced fees are available for temporary residents.
There is a small grocery shop on site and a newsagents. The nearest supermarket is approx 1 and a half miles away.
The area is famous for its nature reserve, the Nijar National Park, perfect for walking and birdwatching. There are also another three golf clubs nearby - a golfers haven. If you prefer to relax and unwind, visit the spa offering beauty treatments on the complex and a gym and tennis courts for the energetic. Sailing and diving activities are available off the beaches of Vera, Garrucha and Mojacar.
The area is also great for walking holidays, rural / countryside retreats, Beach or lakeside relaxation and Cycling holidays, tennis, watersports, horse riding.
There is a waterpark in Vera Playa that is open May to September that has a childrens water slide and pool, wave machine and lots of flumes.
From Almeria airport - take the E15 A7 towards Murcia to Junction 529. The apartment is 3 minutes from the junction.
