Fabulous 3 bed villa located on the front row of La Colina with great views over the Golf Course and out to sea. Guests have use of the large communal pool area which has a splash pool for the little ones! Sun loungers, shower and w.c facilities.
The villa has a large terrace area with brick built b-b-que and seating for upto eight people. All ammenities are within walking distance, safe bathing beach, Air Conditioned Shopping Centre which is home to many shops, bars, restuarant and a large supermarket which is open seven days a week.

The property comprises of the following:
Three bedrooms, being 1 kingsize and 2 twins. There is an additional high quality fold up bed for a child and also a travel cot. All bedrooms have fitted ceiling fans, built in wardrobes with drawer units.
The large lounge/diner is a spacious room with 2 leather sofas, a large dining table with six chairs, 28" lcd t.v with over 70 channels via satelitte. Sony playstation 2 with games, a library of dvds and cds for your use.
The fully intergrated kitchen has granite worktops, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, mico, coffee machine etc. Off of the kitchen is a large utility room where we store inflatables and beach equipment. There is also an iron and ironing board.
The two upstairs bedrooms both have balconies, the front one having a small table & chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a bottle of wine as sun sets. The second balcony has views of the mountains.
There are two fully tiled bathrooms, one on each floor of the property enabling the villa to be utilised for two couples.
Within the gated garden area is a landscaped garden and an area suitable for the use of the sun loungers. The Villa has black out lining throughout the house keeping it cool during those very hot days.

Close to the villa you will find sailing boats, windsurfing, fishing, scuba diving & pedaloes for hire. Further afield you can enjoy the best beaches in the Canary Islands, the vast beaches in the South or the sand dunes to the North of the Island.
For the young at heart you will find a waterpark to the North and Karting both North & South. There is a Zoo & botanical gardens in Lajares. Within the Atlantico shopping Centre ther is a cinema and ten pin bowling.
The villa is only 10 kms from the Airport where taxis are readily available. Transport from the Airport to the villa can be arranged (Cost payable locally) Alternatively, you can hire a car.
