While it would be possible to walk into town in about 20 to 25 minutes a car is considered an essential. The garage can easily accommodate 3 cars.
The house is 280m2 arranged over 2 floors with 5 double bedrooms and 3 bath/shower rooms including a master suite that boasts a 2 person jacuzzi. Stunning views over the town and Garaff with views to Tarragona and on a clear day even to Majorca.
The main house can sleep up to 10 people in centrally air-conditioned comfort and grandeur with a private swimming pool, pool deck and gardens to enjoy and laze in.
Separate and underneath the house is a 2 double bedroomed apartment of 160m2 that will allow groups and families to remain separate and yet get-together when eating or entertaining.
The apartment is air/conditioned and set on the pool and deck level and has its own living room, modern American style kitchen. 1 bedroom has its en-suite bathroom and the other a further separate large shower room.
The main house (up to 10 persons) is available for rent by itself or both the house and apartment can be rented together (up to 14 persons in total). (The apartment cannot be rented by itself).
The minimum rental is 10 days and the accommodation is serviced every 5 days with changes of linen and towels and touch up cleaning, while in the meanwhile guests take responsibility for their own needs and entertainment.
Both the house and apartment are equipped with full Sky satellite TV, DVD player, surround sound home cinema audio system, are air conditioned and heated and the house and apartment have open fire-places.
The pool deck and garden has a BBQ and provides sun-bathing loungers and outside dining space in comfort.
Treat yourself to the best that Sitges has to offer!! The house has been used for film shoots, hosting 40th, 50th, 60th birthday parties, wedding receptions and corporate entertainment.
