The Andulucian style resort with its elevated position overlooking the clear blue Mediterranean Sea, boasts heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a tennis court, gymnasium, private cinema, minimarket and snackbar.
The apartment enjoys the benefit of air conditioning with elevator service to all floors and a ground floor parking space. The property has two generous terraces - one from the main lounge and the other from the main bedroom. Local activities in and around Chlorakas, Southern Cyprus
Numerous historical sites are found in Cyprus rubbing shoulders with modern cities. Examples being The Tomb of the Kings and The Kurion. Seen as a whole, Cyprus emerges as a fascinating mosaic of time, combining the old with the new and the past with the present.
It is an island of great scenic beauty with a startling variety of landscapes from sandy beaches to the Troodos Mountains with unspoilt villages nestling in the vineclad foothills and fertile citrus and olive groves together with lofty forests of pine and cedar.
There is a small sandy beach within 5 minutes drive from the resort and the spectacular beaches of Coral Bay are within 15 minutes drive.
There are 3 great golf courses within 20 - 30 minutes drive from the penthouse. Tsada is set in the grounds of a 12th century monastery and is an 18 hole course. Secret Valley is in a beautiful scenic setting, also an 18 hole course. The newest magnificent course is Aphrodite Hills Golf resort which is an 18 hole course approximately 20km from Paphos.
Less than 90 minutes drive away during the months of January to March there is skiing on the Troodos Mountains.
Paphos harbour is about 10 minutes drive and there you will find many shops, fishing, boat trips, sailing and diving.
From Paphos Airport take the A6 to Paphos. Head to the Tomb of the Kings Road. Continue to the Aliceland Restaurant. Turn rt and sharp rt up hill. Rt at top, 3rd rt to top. St. Nicolas is on your rt.

Rental Notes: The apartment will be ready for occupation from 3pm on the day of arrival. We would ask that guests vacate the property on the day of departure by 10am.
A welcome pack containing some basic needs, will be provided for you on your arrival.
A fully refundable security deposit of £100 will be required to cover any breakages. This deposit will be refunded a week after departure.
A booking deposit of £100 per week is requested with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Full payment is required for cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to arrival. 75% payment is required for cancellations made 2-4 weeks prior to arrival. 50% payment is required for cancellations made 4-8 weeks prior to arrival.

"We stayed at the penthouse for 2 weeks in September 2008. We were very impressed by the décor, cleanliness and outlook of the apartment and that everything inside had been arranged for your comfort and convenience.
The swimming pools were lovely and the on-site restaurant food was very good. The staff were also very friendly & helpful. We had a lovely relaxing holiday and we were able to do some site seeing. We sincerely wished we could have stayed another 2 weeks and can’t wait to go back.
